Tenant Administration Charges - Price Increases July 2008

Regretably, having held our tenant admin fees for the past two years, due to large increases in running costs ( increased parking charges, petrol, utility costs , etc ) we have been forced to increase our charges as follows:

Current Prices in Green

For lets between One week and Four Weeks - one off administration charge of £195. ( £175 )

For lets between Four weeks and Ten Weeks - one off administration charge of £165. ( £150 )

For lets over 10 weeks - one off administration charge of £150. ( £135 )

ANY BOOKING CONFIRMED BEFORE 1st JULY 2008 WILL BE CHARGED AT THE OLD RATE

New for 2008 we are now asking our Landlords to install Hotel Style Safes their homes, and hopefully this recommendation will be taken up.

Following a number of successful refurbishments undertaken in 2007 we are now offering all our clients a property refurbishment service. From a simple paint " freshen up ", new bathroom or kitchen to a complete property refurbishment, we now have teams in place to handle all your requirements. More Details

In October 2008 is will be mandatory for all properties being rented regardless of time period to have an Energy Performance Certificate. More Details - We advise all Landlords to have them done now, they are valid for 10 years ,as the cost of doing so will rise after October 1st.
