( £175 ) For lets between Four weeks and Ten Weeks - one off administration charge of £165. ( £150 ) For lets over 10 weeks - one off administration charge of £150. ( £135 ) ANY BOOKING CONFIRMED BEFORE 1st JULY 2008 WILL BE CHARGED AT THE OLD RATE New for 2008 we are now asking our Landlords to install Hotel Style Safes their homes, and hopefully this recommendation will be taken up.
