Modems

Where a property does not have a suitable broadband modem installed Sabbatical Homes can supply you one at a reasonable cost. You can choose between a fixed line modem or a wireless one. There are a variety of options available regarding types of modems so please check with David Godfrey at Sabbatical Homes for more information.

Micro Filters

micro filter A micro filter is a small plug which is fitted to all telephone sockets where a broadband modem is connected. This simple device prevents interference from the voice telephone line, and MUST be fitted to all telephone sockets. Usually the modem is supplied with one/two micro filters, additional filters may be required.

Payment

For Letting Under 3 months

Sabbatical Homes will include ALL Broadband costs ( Activation Charge - Monthly charge - Equipment Costs ) on the first Rental Invoice which is paid before the Rental Commences

For Lettings longer than 3 months

Sabbatical Homes will include the initial Broadband costs ( Activation Charge - First 3 Monthly charges - Equipment Costs ) on the first Rental Invoice which is paid before the Rental Commences, subsequent monthly charges will be invoiced on a monthly basis on your rent invoice.
