`Sabbaticalhomes.co.uk’ ("the Site") is a web site developed by Preferred Developments Ltd (referred to herein as "PDL"). By entering the Site or any of its associated channels (e.g. Againbroadband.com or SocialandPersonal.com ) you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Due to the constant development of the Site it may become necessary to amend these terms and conditions and PDL reserves the right to do so by posting changes online. It is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly and your continued use of the Site after such changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions as amended.

USE OF CONTENT: The services and information provided by PDL are for your personal, non commercial use only.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE : SabbaticalHomes Classified currently provides users with a vast array of services ranging from buying and selling to advertising and beyond. Unless stated otherwise, any new features that enhance the current Service, including the release of new SabbaticalHomes Classified properties, shall be subject to the General Terms & Conditions. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that SabbaticalHomes Classified assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personal settings.

In order to use the Service, you must obtain access to the World Wide Web, either directly or through devices that access web-based content, and pay any service fees associated with such access. In addition, you must provide all equipment necessary to make such connection to the World Wide Web, including a computer and modem or other access device.

You agree to (a) immediately notify PDL of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security.  PDL cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.

CONDUCT : You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that you, and not SabbaticalHomes Classified, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the Service. SabbaticalHomes Classified does not control the Content posted via the Service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You acknowledge and agree that PDL may preserve Content and may also disclose Content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the General Terms & Conditions; (c) respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third-parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of SabbaticalHomes Classified, its users and the public.

SITE TRANSACTIONS: You may use the Site to purchase products or services from our third party providers. Any such transaction is concluded under the terms of business of the third party provider and PDL accepts no liability for such transactions.

PDL reserves the right to remove any such information from the services without warning and to inform and give assistance to the relevant bodies in respect of any transgressions. PDL accepts no responsibility for and gives no warranties in connection with any information posted on its site by its users. PDL recommends that you do not rely on such information. By placing a posting on the Site or making available to other users any information you hereby grant to PDL a worldwide non-exclusive licence to use copy, distribute, publish and transmit such information in any manner which PDL wishes (including, without limit, archiving and making available such information as part of the Site).

INDEMNITY: You irrevocably indemnify PDL and its data providers and affiliates from and against any and all losses, damages and costs suffered or incurred by PDL, or any data providers or affiliates of whatsoever nature arising out of or in connection with your use, provision or distribution of information or any part or the Site or any part or otherwise howsoever arising in relation to any breach of these terms and conditions by you.

JURISIDICTION: These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
